The catch is that the two great comps that were supporting the wholesaler's number was in a historical district which was a different area feel, different make up of houses, different architecture, and houses that sell for more due to all that stuff.

My wife spent hours on the phone with Buildium customer service and kept getting bounced around to different people, but eventually ended up on the phone with the 3rd party company Buildium uses to run their backgrounds.

Paperstac is okay, and I’ve subscribed to a few note selling companies/people and will receive a tape of some being sold, but these rarely have any good ones. 

I have had major issues with several loan servicing companies and don't mind naming them here: Shellpoint/ Newrez (terrible!)
