Listing it as a long term rental with freebies (2 weeks off, internet and lawncare included etc), has not received applications, even though it was the lowest price per sq foot for the area by a large margin (to signal a motivated landlord)2.

When I first started house hacking, I had to pay a portion of the mortgage but as time went on & I added a few amenities like backyard eating area with patio furniture (inexpensive from FB market place $30 bucks), hi speed internet, etc...

The internet books  Morby the sub 2 guys the market for this is quite thin.

What is the speed of the internet, is it hot water (international property holders), is it AC.These basic clear descriptive items are great because if the price is fair and it clearly states the benefits.

But i guess in today's world where things are on line and investors are used to Internet communications this is much easier than those days.
