At this stage in the game our advice would be to focus on STRs that operations can continue upon closing. - Timing.

I say focus on this because the challenge with Real Estate is that there are so many strategies & you can get off on a tangent and find you never close a deal because you decide to venture off on to something else right after you have completed training on one strategy.  

What helps me is continuing to focus on tasks or activities that are getting me closer to my goals.
