Leases should be State specific (we use Wisconsin Legal Blank for all forms) and mature / well-litigated, meaning court-tested.There are very little synergies to integrate these systems.

Also, just on the backend side, I'm looking at the Atlanta area but on every property analysis, the rents are way higher than anything I've seen and know from the specific market just FYI.
