There is no magic pill.

I'm not shocked at the asking price, but its a big pill to swallow.

We are the wealthiest generations ever, yet we fight with higher levels of depression and prescription pills than any generation before us.

It's a hard pill to swallow, but I think as long as I'm not sinking money into a mortgage every month, I'll feel okay moving forward with hacking.  

I know there is no magic pill and that this will require some grit, but I want to make sure I am not one of the people you described above. :) I love this community, it has been so helpful and I am just getting started!

If he proves to be reliable down the road you can re evaluate the trust factor.Trust no one who takes pain pills and lives on a boat and "needs the money".
