Do you indulge in Quora?

I have lots of time and knowledge since I've indulged myself in books, podcasts, youtube, etc since the beginning of this year just need the money side of the triangle to complete!

We're too precious in our thinking about them, so we spend where we should save, give time where we should rush, and generally indulge when restraint is the better course.It sounds as if you're early on in the investing journey.

It may just mean that that over indulge by eating out three times a day.

We run a pretty successful Turnkey operation, so indulge me for a moment...Yes, if you want to do all the work yourself, you will likely get SOME savings. 

Your family must be of the same mind set because you will be choosing a property with future tenants in mind, rather than indulging for personal consumption. 

Now, if this guy was rockstar tenant and never gave me an issue for the past 18 months, and this particular aspect of his brand new appliance bothered him, I might indulge him with a maintenance visit.
