Harris county is a blast because it is a total zoo and there is more action than you can handle on your own unless you only have your eye on a couple properties.

Baltimore city is a dump filled with animals, similar to a zoo.

Add a petting zoo and tractor rides with a corn maze at Halloween, a Christmas light show, barbeque/beer/concerts a few weekends during the summer, car cruise, motorcycle rally, and some functions that honor veterans.
