One of my laundries I just installed is on ground level, it was ridiculously easy to pick up a washer & dryer for <$150 and throw it in there.The fridge problem is definitely not dirty condenser coils.

Is it balanced and have the coils been cleaned?

I added an Amana Coils and line work to my Bryant furnace which was about 4 years old. 2.5 ton condenser with all permits ran me $3700 in Colorado.

A/C and heating coils may need replacing.

There is no furnace, its a condenser and blower unit with a heating coil inside, all electric.

I can then place a match between the coils in the end of the wire and use the wire to reach back to the pilot.  

This year, it's been electric stoves: burner sockets, burner coils, switches. 

When the tech came out to look at it, he said the AC compressor, heater and "coil" were mismatched. 

The ac line broke under the house and I had a stopped up ac coil, this caused water damage and then bad floors.

I performed an electronic leak search and found the air handler evaporator coil leaking.
