How much do you enjoy you current job?

Twice.I would probably enjoy the turkeys visiting but the eagles snatching dogs sounds awful.

So far I can say that I have enjoyed my 4 months with Avail to manage my property business.

A reasonable accommodation is a change to a rule, policy, or practice that allows a person with a disability to fully enjoy and use their housing.

I have been doing fix-n-flips and property rehabs for over 50 years and really enjoy doing them and overall, the returns have been quite good.I have one STR property in a tourist area that I did recently as a fix-n-flip and am holding for capital gains status - 2 years - and have a vacation property manager handling the STR. 

I met an investor here on BP and I have really enjoyed working with him.

While it is still profitable, I've been struggling with being at a disadvantage against competition and I often don't enjoy what I do. 

Appears they also got rid of the "Days Available" filter which I always enjoyed using.
