@Valarie Anderson the only woman that I know investing in real estate in Wyoming is a lady named Lynn out of Cheyenne.

This lady might be Mother Theresa, but the first time she has a major expense (car breaks down, etc.) you may be left holding the bag. 

It was a referral from a friend in my sphere to a lady whose father passed and he left it to her.

Hey @Eric Clance the whole post sounds kinda slimy.She is my fiancé, but I am not really going to marry her.I am lending her money from my retirement account, but she is not really going to pay me back EVER or make payments.I know there are rules, but I am not going to follow them, EVER.If you really want to help this lady out, buy the property from her or lend her the money from your own personal account, not an SDIRA. 

I haven’t dealt with a turn on my unit, the lady living there views it as her dream house for her 4 kids.
