If not under a wide concrete pad then it'll cost ~$2k to hire a plumber to excavate and replace the pipe in that section. however, the bigger question is what type of pipe do you have - cast iron, clay, ABS?  

You could buy a 10 lot mobile home park and live on one pad and rent out the others.
