Some of their team can be smarmy or patronizing ( accompanied by extreme ignorance) but most are stellar and have good to great customer service skills.

Also to kill the curiosity, check out the court calender from the court house your patronizing and at the next scheduled probate/trust hearing, you should sit in and listen to what goes on in the proceedings.

Glad that I discovered BP a while ago and I have been a regular patron since then.

Unfortunately, these 'service dogs' are often not trained in any manner..as the animal was running around bothering patrons and begging for their food and getting underfoot.The store owner asked him to take the dog outside and it turned into a big issue, really bad press about a store owner who 'hates' vets and the disabled, news cameras and write-ups in the paper, lawsuit..etc..

My question to you, educated and experienced patrons of BP, does this tentative plan seem in any way feasible, or is it some childish dream of real estate wannabes?

I've done alittle studing on the tiny house-AirBnB thing and you could be more correct about the patrons of the AirBnB loving unique and corky places to stay and they pay rather handsomely for the priviledge of staying . 

Many of those who laughed or patronized me are still working to 401(k) themselves into a mediocre retirement!!!

I don't know about you, but instead of being patronized, I'd like to hear the truth even if it isn't always pleasant.
