I doubt that every single little repair ever made like replacing the faucets, etc. needs to be disclosed, I imagine this is limited to material repairs like major plumbing issues, structural issues, major modifications without a permit etc.

That decision in 2015 even led to me getting my license out here so I could help more people who wanted to invest here.One thing to keep in mind is that you actually have to have a designated on island point of contact / reachable person- which is required to designate on the permit application.

IDK what a "validated seller" means but I'll read between the lines and assume its some 85+ year old dude that built 1 or both of the buildings, likely didn't pull permits, and likely has code issues to resell as a true residential property never mind to your comment the changing in area and zoning.If you were going to take it on you'd want to understand the current zoning, current residential terms (is there a lease in the homes?)
