Hi Joe,  My boyfriend and I are house-hacking in a duplex about 3 blocks from the Coliseum & New Soccer Stadium.

Im 24 with a BA in FinanceI actually have not gotten a job in my field but went into soccer coaching for which is something I'm passionate about, I would just rather do that as a hobby rather than a means to build wealth and depend on it for a living. 

The days you are not busy doing real estate stuff you should plan on being at a kids ball game, a pancake breakfast at the local Lions club, a school play that you donated $50 for, getting your car washed at a local fundraiser by the soccer team, volunteering at a local chicken BBQ, taking your dog to agility classes and meeting people etc etc.

Due to my citizenship status I was unable to receive my scholarship to play soccer.

During my "spare time", I enjoy playing/ watching soccer, kick boxing, traveling and reading books.

If I knew I had a violent sex offender as a tenant, I would feel that I have not provided the safe home to my other tenants.It is my opinion that a violent sex offender should not be in a multiplex, near schools, children clubs/sports (Y, Little League, soccer fields, etc.), etc.. 

I've read a lot about the upcoming vote on the SDSU West vs Soccer City Initiatives, however I'm curious how you all think this will affect the surrounding area real estate values?
