Many people here are willing to help, but your post sounds a little like you want to be spoon fed.

I realize it's easier to just post the question and be spoon fed, but come on.  

I wasn't looking to be spoon fed, rather just asking a simple question.

Measuring cups & spoons, spatulas, large spoons, ladles, colander, large pitchers, serving bowls, etc, are all more important than a variety of spices.In September Hubby and I stayed in a nice house in Gulf Shores that was advertised to sleep 11.

An agent could spend all day looking for great deals for a dozen investors who want to be spoon-fed opportunities, but they don't have their money in order or they are too unsure.

We have rented several places, we didn't get any sparkling appliances.We didn't miss any "bad parts"; its just some people have very high standards of what they consider clean like wash an already washed plate or spoon before using and some others would just rinse their coffee cup before pouring in their evening cup.but then you should bring it up before you sign the lease.

Reminds me of the game "Pit" or Spoons where you yell "TWO TWO TWO" and someone grabs your cards and you swap them out again.

This is largely a self-help business - no one can spoon-feed it to you.
