Does anyone have experience in DFW with short term/vacation rentals, particularly in the Arlington area near Six Flags, UTA, and ATT Stadium?

The George Lucas Museum, Coliseum & Exposition Park renovation (preparation for the Olympics), USC's continued investments in the area, LA Ram's stadium, Metro Rail development, and the fact that much the rest of Los Angeles is unaffordable, are all contributing to the development here.

That is their greeting and the whole stadium says it back.

In Los Angeles, $385K won't even get you a 1 bedroom condo with a caved-in roof and negative cash-flow.It was bad enough 2 years ago, but now with the Rams moving back and the new stadium under construction, things have gotten bat guano insane.

They meet once a month on a Tuesday at JT Schmidt's in Anaheim, near the stadium. 

I think it has the potential to start turning around like the area around the MB stadium.
