As long as it doesnt look damaged, they treat it pretty rough. and VRBO doesnt let you leave a comment, only a star ranking, so there is no real warning to give a future host.

There are a lot of different reviews but one thing I try to steer my clients away from is using zillow or general google reviews as those are often misleading as upset parents write one star reviews that are well to be blunt petty.

These social media stars play on the individual's natural sense of greed while giving lip service to their plans to manage exposure, because they tend to only have the same one or two tricks in their bag as everyone else - refinance & raise rents being pretty much it.

In the case of the subject syndication, the sponsor was a “media star” author, with actual experience limited to SFR.  

One of their so called instructors from one of the training sessions asks the students to go to the five star hotels, or go play golf, or go horse riding, or go hang out at the high end night clubs for the sake of fund raising.
