Here is my calculation: (30000 x 20%) + (0 x 45%) + (-10000 x 35%) = 6000 + 0 -3500 = 2500.The book is correct because the first outcome is tripling your money, meaning you put in $10,000 and got back $30,000 but that's a $20,000 profit (not $30,000 as you calculated).

with out going into to much details, the advantages1. tax deductable2. srec offers cash back for unused solar3. government incentives that will be running out around 2025 unless they come up with other incetivesit kinda pays itself off and puts a little mullah in your pocket.process to start is pretty painless.I had it installed in my triple Decker and looking to have it installed in my fourplex

.)• NNN - purchase triple net lease opportunity (1031 everything into it, managed under trust, tenant takes care of everything) • Sell each off the normal way (even spreading out one a year, heavy tax implications and truly diminishes decades of work.) • Give/donate each away-----I expect many here have already been through similar dilemmas and interested in experiences, lessons learned.
