There is not a better sporting event than a good Aztec basketball game (the arena can shake from the crowd). 

Wedding, honeymoon, family vacations, food, clothing, sports, activities, braces, college, etc.

This is just general advice to everybody who has ever been involved in sports. 

This housing area includes many professionals - several college sports coaches as well as other fields.

Real estate is a team sport. 

Our PM does all the stuff for the condo that it does for apartment complexes, like porter services for bulky trash, lightbulb replacements outdoor, picking up litter, paying landscapers, sending in a plumber when some plumbing breaks outside, maintaining the pool, maintaining the sports courts, etc.So, why did *I* choose a condo?

Trying to be a landlord there without doing serious research is like going into the Olympics and learning the sport as you go.

Meaning, multifamily is a team sport. 

I am currently in the interdisciplinary program with minors in coaching and sports administration.
