When its all signed I send it to the title company and they take over from their, coordinating signing of document, title insurance and transference of monies.

Or you could coordinate moving them into one of the renovated units.Not sure if you've done one before, but renovating a beat up unit is a serious undertaking.

Attornies could do this.. but attorneys don't show houses.. they don't show up for home inspections they don't work with the appraisers they are transactional coordinators at their desks.. some one has to be in the field at some point.
