What specifically do you mean by Adult Family Home?

In regards to the other problems I said we're all adults and should be considerate of each other.

But can’t use that because they are all adults and living on their own.

I've lived alone for most of my adult life and it would be tough renting out the upstairs bedrooms to long term tenants.

You are all adults that did an adult thing. 

It's what would have been done anyway.As I mentioned in the posts above, I think they just had some change in their life and they felt this was the better way to handle it rather than being truthful and approaching this as professional adults.

It's their choice, as adults, to sell it for cash and off the market.

I've treated some patients in adult foster homes in the past - I wonder if connecting to the operations managers of those facilities would be beneficial?
