I'd recommend getting a template, pay an attorney to review it once a year, and then draft your contracts yourself (or use a third-party transaction coordinator).

You need some type of GC or a very good Project Manager who has done a lot of work with GC/ work themselves and is very intimate with the various trades and planning of those trades working, overlapping, and coordinating work.

You do have the option to hire the consultant yourself, but there's some coordination responsibility that can get mucky if the SEOR is not contracted through the architect.
