One struck off some of their properties they wanted to use as evidence.One thing I feel is they are often totally unfair, cherry picking the highest comps...I used to be fair and really try hard to use similar comps...but I'm so jaded now, I typically just pick the lowest ones and use those. 

Perhaps my personal experiences dealing with the bad results of painted brick combined with the recent HGTV-led crusade to paint all brick surfaces white has left me jaded.

I am in Iowa in the Des Moines area, and though I'll admit I'm jaded because I live here and am not overly familiar with other states, I would say Iowa is an excellent place for new investors due to the affordability of real estate and low cost of living.

I am little jaded (admittedly) because I see my home town of Vallejo, CA on this list, but I will just say this PROFITS dont discriminate!

Other (mostly BP'ers) have been jaded, or schooled that all TK's are overcharging. 

Maybe my post would be too jaded or colored by my own experiences and biases to see another side of the issue.Bottom line is that the more "good" people post and participate, the more watered-out the charlatans will become.

When you become as jaded as me it makes complete sense! 

Also maybe I'm jaded, but people can not pay your rent and damage your whole house in even class B neighborhoods.

Your comments were not fair assessments, they were dismissive and somewhat contemptuous of the situation, they were... jaded... sarcastic... and a little bit mocking.Anywho - my apologies for the WAY too long response.
