@Adam Steinberger - Plenty of options out their...lawyers cost a bunch but if you've done your research about the firm and their reputation I would suggest eating the expense to fully learn about your options.

ATM, I have a rental condo in Costa Rica, a primary residence in CT, and passive investments in HML and in a real estate syndicate. 

The other half is: excellent finished product design and management at a reasonable cost.
