I am overanalyzer so take my thoughts with a grain of salt. 

In a pot i put quinoa, a bag of mixed frozen vegetables, lots of water, 2 bay leafs, salt, pepper, olive oil, 1 lemon, black pepper, italian herbs, 1 habanero (which i pulled out later).

I run an Epson 1080 in my pool rooms, because it is cheaper and will be a replaceable item in that type of environment.I have an Epson 2150 in one of my theater rooms and I have an Epson 3800 in another theater room.The theater room with the 3800 is in my latest cabin build and that worked out so well I think I will be going back to the one with the 2150 and changing that setup to 4k as well.I have found Epson to be very good from a warranty perspective.The key is to have very good instructions complete with photographs and pictures hanging on the wall and in your cabin manual or guidebook.  

AirDNA and other similar tools online do a great job providing rent comps to drill into the numbers others are seeing (with a grain of salt) on assets in the area.

I'm taking the experts opinion with a grain of salt and articles like this are laughable....This.Basically, anything that the experts are predicting, etc., take with a grain of salt.

(And threatening the LP’s) but what adds salt on wound is every Facebook ad you see is that other sponsor touting a new training course or a new fund but won’t return a call or email from a current investor. 

I have read from other that if you are near the ocean the salt air can affect the lock.

Again, I don't have any STR's (yet), so take anything I saw with a grain of salt.
