What is SALT?

I wrote a separate post specifically about SALT.

Now I know that this test is just a ball park number and should be taken with a grain of salt, but in the book, "Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner, he gives an example on a $300,000 home with the rental income at $2,000 per month.

However, keep in mind that this is subject to the SALT (State and Local Tax) deduction limit.

Always take the square footage and the wholesaler's opinion of ARV with a grain of salt.

Basic stuff I've restocked:shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, 1 frying pan, 1 medium size pot, silverware, knife large wooden spoon, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt, and pepper.Some pro tips: I always do this shopping at Costco and buy quality items at bulk and a bit cheaper.
