This thread has instilled the fear of gov (like fear of God, but with the government) regarding being audited.I think I understand what activities count towards REPS hours once I own a property.As a followup to Becca's post above, I am looking for clarity on activities specific to a property before I close its purchase. 

It's tough to instill that level of work ethic and enforce it consistently.

Fast solutions have slow problems.Delayed gratification needs to be something instilled in the younger generation early on.  

You'll read headlines that are written to get clicks and instill fear yet do not paint a full picture of the reality.

So, when I hear someone say something encouraging as opposed to instilling fear about how to go about business, I need to hear that so I can be emboldened to take action, instead of asking myself everytime if its 'right or wrong'.

In the old days, and in still some larger cities, we have major newspapers that have people who advertise in them, they call it the service directory.
