It's not a lot of money to spend for such a small amount of space, but will be double or triple the price of your ceramic subway tile.

I have a friend who owns a laundromat and he stated that his water bill has nearly tripled over the last few years (I think they are raising prices to pay for the massive project underway to completely re-do the storm drainage system in the whole city.)  

Hard money is expensive, though, so you want to make double and triple sure that you will indeed be able to refinance.

TCPA allows for $500 per violation, and up to triple damages if the calls are made recklessly (usually this means they call again after you expressly told them not to.)  

Throw in all of the other types of properties and you got even more deals.My point is that even if you doubled or tripled the amount of competition, there's still plenty of deals.Now, from the trainer's POV, why wouldn't they sell their knowledge if they know that we're not even close to saturation and if only 5% of the people they teach are actually going to take action?
