The Greek market due to the current financial climate is more suited for a buy to hold purchase rather than a buy and sell for profit.Also if you are able to buy cash majority of sellers are more than happy to drop the asking price significantly for a quick sale.Hope this helps!

Not sure what the 4 things (3 white and 1 brown) are mounted along the top of the boiler; possibly zone controls for different parts of the building but then I would expect more piping coming off of them.This boiler is not ancient but far from new / modern.
