I currently work for a world leader in the semi-conductor industry, IMFlash Technologies located in Lehi, Utah.

Focus on technology.  

Technology advancements such as email, phone calls, skype has enabled communication with a remote CPA to be seamless.

Technology and discounted model like Redfin yet have been profitable either. 

Amongst other value add plays, I'm looking into adding a technology package to a C+/B- complex in a Class B+ area.

Top technology.  

With all of the technology available today, self-management is easier than ever.

But I'll note that they use the same technology that QuickBooks uses for their bank account sync, so they probably have some of the same issues I had with my smaller banks and oddball credit union lenders.

My first office was on Technology Way in Reno, same street as the Goddard School in the south of town.
