I'd tell him to take the fastest path to FC.In oregon i think mediation if requested is mandatory.. there are licensed foreclosure consultants who handle these and a decision maker from the lender must be present.. but I do think you as lender can just say our position is pay up in full.

Many of the old pros saw this coming a mile away (sub $50k homes are rarely money makers and the model isn't scalable, plus any time a provider uses used-car-salesman tactics like sending props and then immediately saying 'they're sold, sorry, but buy this one without an inspection so you don't lose out again!'

And of course, it doesn't work a many locales, certainly not year-round.Unless (as was said) you are into the green is groovy mindset, then go for it, but it's not really a money maker at this time.

Doors left unlocked, squatters, appliances stolen, etc.I do believe for many people great PM can be a money maker and money saver.
