Our clothes and cars weren't as nice as our friends, but hopefully our decisions will pay off.

So I for one think the 30k number in 20 years is a very realistic number to have to live a very nice lifestyle as long as you have no debt or minimal debt. health insurance auto insurance TAx on your home and utls food clothing etc is going to run folks at least 5 to 7k a month.. so what great life is one going to have on 3k a month.

I was not at the presentation so this is second hand information but both women say the sales rep said this.

I know that women get more favorable terms for SBA loans, but I'm not sure what kind of SBA loan these guys would be applying for.

An older women lived in the home and then the family auctioned the house.

I don't have any data to back it up, but yeah among full time Realtors it seems like the "glass ceiling" for women either does not exist, or at the very least a lot of women manage to shatter it.
