Understanding the REI is a team sport, I need to connect with like minded individuals so I’m contemplating joining REIA and other real estate investing meet-ups; any recommendations?

School, scouts, sports, friends.  

I personally love living in a big urban area and enjoying all of the attributes of it(walkability, mass transit, culture, diversity, incredible restaurant and nightlife options, architecture, pro sports, entertainment), but I realize that's not for everyone.  

We have a 15-night stay booked in mid-Feb that asked how the TV and sports stations were at the cabin. 

However you would not be able to turn off water service with these type of devices only do monthly billing.

If the building is older major items that might need repair or replacement is the roof, HVAC systems, outdoor lighting, back flow devices, private hydrants, any fire suppressions systems like sprinklers/risers, parking lot, marque signs, awnings/canopy/overhangs.

Avoiding large tax bills is a lifelong sport but I’m fine paying a good chuck if I’ve done well, life is good
