Banks were renting spaces to get business back in the 20s, hence commercial, and they rented to clothing, shaving, and shine boutiques and whoever else wanted to pay for a space.Some banks will treat anything over a single-family home as a type of commercial property as you are technically renting space as commercially defined. 

The gas pump's have been removed and the store is being used for a clothing/thrift store and a towing center.  

Because myself, along with about 2,500 other men and women I work alongside (in a blue collar industry) tend to all have an hour plus commute into work.

I’ve never heard my mom talking about she gotta pay the rent or car note growing up.I just don’t pay for any extras like amazon, she buys most of the little stuff like houses supply’s and even buys most of the kids clothes. 

They don’t keep commemorative plates and collectible spoons, but they keep clothes, kayaks, bikes, Christmas decorations, old computers, instruments, tools, etc. 

And every closet should have a laundry basket so you can stay organized with your dirty clothes, especially with kids' clothes thrown everywhere.King sized mattresses: this house had one king size bed, and three queen size beds, and two twins.

I just looked at my local .gov website and they list 12 free legal resources for various disadvantaged groups (women, tenants with rental assistance/ section 8, mobile home renters, etc.).

When you go for the inspection, take a flashlight, clothes to get dirty, and hopefully someone with a lot of experience with old homes.  

It's old cloth-bound wiring, I'd guess from when the house was built in the 1920's.

Men want women seemingly more than women want men :D.
