I've done all kinds of partnership structures, from 50/50 partnerships, with all hands on deck, to 20/80 partnerships where the 20% partner provided all of the capital but absolutely nothing else.

Plus, from what I have seen, many of those cheaper three deckers have problems with asbestos, decks that aren’t up to code, electrical that needs to be redone etc.

I have done a lot of remodeling through out the house including updating kitchen, adding wainscoting to dining room, added a 900 sqft deck, updated bathrooms, updated light fixtures throughout.
