I didn't get too far into the weeds of how a property can cash flow (I'll save that explanation for one of the many books sold on BP or the many podcasts explaining this on BP), but as you may already know, before purchasing a property one of the many decisions an investor has to make is "How can I make this property cash flow"?

We have had issues with a neighboring property, weeds, garbage, car parking etc. we call the City and they resolve it with the property owner.Sure we have expenses like any multi property owner; but we know how to landlord and underwrite properly.
