You seem to exercise reverse ageism.

Crash calling is fun and can make for some lively debates but it's sort of an exercise in futility because ultimately the market will do what it will do without regard for what any of us say or think.  

We like our careers but being able to exercise that innovative thought pattern to freely think about a project that's personal to us vs a project that's required of us is much more fun and rewarding.

After all the work was done, they exercised their option to terminate the contract.What I could have done instead was add to the contract that the repairs would take place after the option period ended and/or reduced the price by the cost of the rehab.Lesson learned:  GET EVERYTHING SIGNED AND IN WRITING

I'm going to exercise every option I have to see what's the best move here (more to come).There's still some outstanding items I need to finish up so that I can place a pending tenant.
