Enjoy the roller coaster ride

It's no roller coaster.

Here's the short version:Partially demo'd, house was literally separating in the middle, and typical roller coaster pier & beam.

TK vendor buys war zone property, fixes it up some, claims numbers that are beyond unreal, and then market it to west coast folks.West coasters, deciding that 200k down on a 500k property and zero cash flow at home is a bad idea, see properties advertised for $60-80k that rent for $800 a month.

I believe I have a better 'approach' than this "buy -n- hold" mentality that remains almost entirely beholden to whims of a highly controlled and regulated "casino play..." just like the rest of their "what goes UP, must come down, roller coaster" games.

Cycles go up and down and when. like being on a roller coaster, you are at the top, the next stage is down.

-Ups and Downs - until you have your systems in place, you will likely ride a bit of a financial roller coaster-Necessary skill development can be difficult.  

Rates have been like a roller coaster lately, so only quotes from today (preferably within the last couple hours) are really valid to be honest.

I was worried about every little thing, and wasted a lot of time and money going through that emotional roller coaster.
