You don't put more chips into a bad hand in Poker just because you have already put a lot of chips into the kitty.

The only things that will add up from this point forward, are losses and ulcers.On the bright side, the faster you sell, the less you lose and,...here's the most important part, ...the less (and faster) you have to recover from the profits or your next deal...that WILL make you money.REI is a lot like poker. 

If you continue to hold a negative CF property, you are moving further away from breaking even...and the start of your profits.REI is a lot like playing Poker. 

Most people look like the dealer on a poker table after they got their paycheck: just handing it out to everyone in front of them, every single round.Once you really and intuitlvley understand compounding effects you see how silly most people behave.

  I had one in the zone, then they voted and changed the zone and its no longer in the zone, UGH  It's like high stakes poker right now, I'm not playing that game anymore.

The old Warren Buffett saying comes to mind: if you can't identify the pasty at the poker table, then it is you....We have all been there to some extent.

It's like poker, leave yourself outs and ways to win that.
