You have to look at the value that hiring will bring to your company, allowing you the freedom to continue to make money elsewhere, because if you try to do too much, the quality and value that you bring to your real estate will suffer.

You and your problems can stay in a motel room (Brand, Copperhead, DBI Services, King's Construction, P&K Services, Plant Maintenance Services, CRM Construction, SCR, HydroChem and others).

Best case, I'd put an extra fridge, some plants, storage shelves, shoe racks, etc. 

Furthermore, Intel is spending 20 Billion dollars to build two semiconductor plants, and many more great things presently and coming in the future.
