This is not as fast as the yellow letter companies out there, but the letters are more real and the cost is much less, especially for a start-up.

I usually stick to the yellow legal pad letters with small envelopes as well so it does not look like a bill.

Aloha,Assuming you have your ducks all in a row, with signed move in condition form that details "new paint" on walls and ceilings; photos of same; copy of signed Rental Agreement with the prohibition in it; photos of move out condition, showing disgusting yellow nicotine stains running down the walls, and "clean" areas where pictures had been hanging; and your actual invoices for having the cleaning and painting done by appropriate, legitimate, professionals, then YES, charge them.
