The logical consequence of claiming that wholesaling is legal is that agents could avoid the entire regulatory framework around real estate licensing on every single transaction.

But both doctors know a hell of a lot more about the human body than I do, so either way it can be troublesome. 

All it means is that profession has an organized body that thinks they do.I have no idea how many hours of training I paid for, but as I write this, I'm looking at one entire bookshelf filled with materials from paid education...and, I can say that I learnt something valuable (that I didn't learn from books) from each one. 

Consider elements together with way of life choices, location and marketplace analysis, property condition and protection desires, property control, and legal and regulatory concerns.

I go to Mammoth not so much for Yosemite (Yosemite is still fairly far from Mammoth) but for hikes/trips more in the Mammoth area (even though I have taken day trips to Bodie from Mammoth).
