Then continue flipping and use that $ for down and seed $ for MF either in cheaper areas of CA or in the midwest.  20 years of a little cash flow and pay off mortgages... retire with paid off houses.  

Hey @Chris Jensen - this is going to be SUPER cliche...but everyone has 24 hours in a day.It comes down to priorities.If you want to help build community, provide value, look for advice, tap into the brightest brains in real estate, meet business partners, meet best friends, grow your business, and soak up invaluable knowledge,  you'll be on Biggerpockets often.

I am sponge looking to soak up any knowledge about syndicating deals.

I'm very interested in the MF space and am currently reading vol 1 of the Multifamily Millionaire as well as soaking up as much as I can from podcasts such as the Multifamily Mentors. 

Think of it as seed in a sack in the barn.

@Tanner Enderle I would use the 6 million as seed money to create 10 million within a 2 to 3 years by researching different markets until I found 2 or 3 that fit my goals the best.

If you come across as genuine and offer an experienced investor some value, then soak it up and do 1 project.
