Schools have already been closed, so people "know", but their total lack of care is concerning to me and makes me expect rapid infection growth in the US (as we have seen in Europe - they are just 2 weeks ahead of us in the curve).Some of my buyers have expressed that the impact on their stock portfolio is causing down payment concerns, but will still go forward.

Make it known that it is due to a special circumstance, the corona virus.If they come to you and express difficulty with meeting the rent payments, that is a better situation for you than if you pre-preemptively ask them (not sure how you are thinking of knowing when/if they get laid off).

@Russell Brazil I could not agree with you more, I've had three separate real estate investor clients call me over the past week/weekend to express a desire to sell what on the market at whatever price they can get so they can get out and get on the sidelines.As much as I believe that is a bad idea, I  personally am ramping up my efforts to buy as I believe there will be great opportunities for those of us who are ready and positioned to make a move.
