This is life and emotions and ethics aside, it is business.i see this at times - the claim of 'it's just business' excusing abhorrent behavior. the are no exemptions to doing right. !

Pace is a public figure and a Biggerpockets author, so I'm guessing if there's truth to the above it would have been found out by now.Remember kindness get everyone a whole lot further then unkindness and defaming behavior, no matter what!

So he shouldn't feel bad about your oafish behavior. 

I also believe many large mobile home parks prohibit this behavior, instead requiring owner occupancy as part of the rental agreement from the park.That's not to suggest there are not creative ways around that - but it is a consideration.
