Really the whole spectrum of real estate investment interests me; my way of looking at real estate eventually sees all the different avenues tying in together and creating one unique situation, whether that may be right or wrong I am sure I will learn a long the way.

Where there are points of inconsistency, one must wonder if the argument is valid in its entirety.Though, in this case, despite the inconsistency, I think the point about the entire previous administration (both the President and the democratic congress) being to blame, is a good one.Corruption and poor decision making throughout several administrations (on both sides of the political spectrum) have led to the housing crisis.

Spraying coke cans on the ceiling to demonstrate water damage, cutting the ground wires in a/c units to make it undesirable when the BPO comes out, etc...that is closer to the fraud end of the spectrum to me.
