Is my $10,000 set aside for repairs, painting, seeding lawn, fixing doors, etc a good reason for me increasing the rent?

Though I cannot remember the exact source of this quote, I know it went a little something like this : "to think man is alone in the universe is to think that of a whole field of seed, only one will grow"

If BRRRR isn't your thing, then perhaps look to put your money into syndication or offering loans/seed money. 

I never made this post like “Im dropping out today to peruse realest because school sucks and I’m going to be rich” I simply posed a question because I was curious and for other people who had that seem seed planted in their head.
