Congrats on your life long success.Thanks for the kind words....Well, yes, I am glad you asked that question, in fact with the most recent development that made medical history, I am honored to say YES, I did go through, even at age 73, the not so painful process of cloning.When  I started in this business, the most exciting electronic device I purchased when they came popular is a pager, I had to use pay phones and actually mail letters, look up property owners in person at the court house, go to the copy center, and drop off film at the local photo-mat and wait a week to get my pictures.

I did the same thing, just in film production.

Even if you don't use what you learned directly you still have the life experience not everyone has and the fortitude that you got it done. follow your dreams and make real estate the supplement or fall back on plan that you incorporate into being successful.

I work full time in the automotive industry and when I am not doing that I do the following:Plow snow Dump RunsFlip carsWork on cars on the sideSell cars for other people who don't want to deal with it and take a cut of the saleAnything I can make really good money at with little risk or time investment I will consider. 

The best way to go about this FOR ME is to make RE the foundation of my financial portfolio and live off the passive income it provides. 

Now personally I would take a "peace-maker" approach (the velvet-glove) and just contact the tenants and say how it's been a noticed things around there and not saying if it is them or not, but with it that noticeable out doors it's inviting serious problems and a person would be best to be smart and discrete of such a thing before that uninvited attention is police. 

You have to make real efforts to match tenant profiles to property profiles.

So, no trouble makers, especially those who claim they were first.

We're still in the planning stages (been reading, listening to podcasts and talking strategies for over a year), but now that we're settled in our new house in Flagler Beach, we're ready to make real plans for the future.
