There has been several times where we need a few hundred thousand in unanticipated renovations, generally to transform the property into it's best and highest use.In my 21 years of Partnering, which has been a huge success, I value honesty and responsibility to be the most important part of the Partnerships.

I think they are genuinely interested in what you are doing, and I think it's great that they are curious and want to learn more.

I know they also say not to mail to potential cash buyers - but again, it wasn't that expensive to do and I might get some genuine buyers.

I'm genuinely curious to hear how much time per day or week do you spend on BP, and how do you fit that in with everything else you have going on.

Relationships are more important than what you know, creating genuine relationships and fostering support among like minded individuals who help to push, pull and drag you to goals is lovely!
