I found an area that I thought would be perfect for some small bay flex space (small office with mostly warehouse).

All my rental income and expenses pertaining directly to them go on the E.. but the E doesn’t allow you to deduct any mileage or say a home office.. or any losses you take “at the office”.

I joined because I needed the flexibility to get training and support outside of my day job - and didn't want to pay desk or franchise fees for an office I'd hardly step foot in.

I know how it works for my state and counties but this is a sensitive matter, you should contact your local and state tax offices to make sure you are doing everything right - I would not rely on any advice from the internet, even if they are trying to help they may be doing it wrong and penalties for not doing right can be severe.

Our offices in the brokerage were set up for 2 people, and the other broker in my office had just quit.  

The letter stated he was obligated to tender a defense for the buyers due to the statutory warranty deed and to contact the office immediately.We contacted an attorney on his behalf and he sent off a letter to try to figure out what next steps would be.
